Dr David Cook is Senior Economist with Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, and adjunct Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics with the University of Western Australia School of Agriculture and Environment. He has been researching biosecurity-related issues for over 15 years. His research involves bioeconomic modelling, market and non-market impact valuation, and structured decision making using participatory methods.
