Two half-time (20h) Post Doc positions over 6 years and one 4-years PhD position at the Division of BioInvasions, Global Change & Macroecology at the University of Vienna, led by Prof. Franz Essl have been advertised. The main research focus of the Division is understanding and predicting the effects of environmental changes on the distribution and diversity of biota – with a particular focus on biological invasions.
The successful candidates will have a leading role in addressing questions related to biological invasions, biodiversity change, global change and/or conservation taking advantage of theory and tools from the fields of ecology and evolutionary biology.
