IPRRG member Daniele de Rigo, along with colleagues from the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, has published a work on a robust modelling architecture to estimate the maximum habitat suitability for tree species. Although exemplified for a specific coniferous taxon in Europe, the methodology is general and was systematically applied in the European Atlas of Forest Tree Species.
